Wigton Moor responded well with a couple of near misses and a thundering shot which hit the cross bar only for their efforts to be in vain as the Cobras settled the affair with a timely finish for Matty Barkers second of the match. The Cobras ending a worthy 3 -0 victors of the SPS Cup.
The day was marked as a family occasion with a good crowd of parents, family and friends. Hull City Junior Development coach Chris Blakeston had also agreed for his talented squad of U14's to pit themselves against the Cobras and Wigton Moor. These matches showed a talent of youth and raised high hopes for the next generation of budding premiership footballers.
