The Role

As Area Contract Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of office cleaners throughout the Yorkshire region, whilst maintaining contact with the client and the companies Head Office. This role is field based, but you will have constant communication with the Head Office Sales Team. This business is continuously expanding and so will the role. You may be in charge of a small number of contracts at first but must be able to grow with the businesses needs to manage a larger amount. This is not a hands on cleaning position, but requires the type of candidate who will roll their sleeves up should the need arise.

Your key responsibilities will include:-

Setting Company Standards and Ethos
Training staff members to BIC'S Standard Conducting Service Level Reviews with Clients
Account Management Rotas etc

Experience

To be successful, candidates must have previously had office/corporate based contract cleaning experience at a similar level.
