We have a set of standards in place that govern the way we expect our employees to behave towards each other, our clients and service partners. These guidelines set out what we expect in terms of honesty, integrity and fairness in all exchanges.
The involvement of the senior Directors of the business in the whole process of winning, managing and retaining contracts ensures that the commitment of the company is evident from the outset and maintained throughout the contract duration. The continuing availability of those Directors is essential to the ongoing demonstration of customer commitment and is what sets the SPS Group service delivery provision apart from the competition.
Essential to our field based operatives being able to deliver the service that we aspire to and our client base demand is ensuring the right balance of Managers to clients. Again SPS Group has sought to differentiate itself from the industry standard believing that it is not the volume of business that a Manager manages but the number of clients they provide a service to that counts. We have therefore set a ratio of 10:1 as maximum that any Senior Manager should have responsibility for.
